Current Gate

The project is currently limited to Phase 2 publication integrity:

  1. Bind all stages and public artifacts to one run ID.
  2. Stage and validate the complete artifact set before atomic publication.
  3. Write final public status last.
  4. Reject stale, mismatched, spoofed, self-attested, partial, and path-leaking evidence.
  5. Pass one fresh, complete, safe Hermes run.

Next Gate

CI-OS must bind every public artifact to one fresh run and prove publication safety before Product Muscle, Audience Demand, intelligence, or interface expansion resumes.
